Business Process Analysis Lead

  Work to facilitate migration of new and existing business processes to a SharePoint environment. Lead and facilitate interviews and cross-functional working sessions with the business clients, process experts, and other stakeholders to elicit and clearly define requirements. Convert business requirements into functional and detailed SharePoint Portal requirements. Identify, plan, develop, implement, and facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance business management integration efforts across the organization. Perform complex SharePoint Power User functionality in order to create solutions that solve a business need and provide value/(quantifiable return on investment [ROI]); to include creation and integration of Microsoft InfoPath forms and work flows, as well as create and manage project plans to track these enhancements. Translate user requirements into detailed technical solutions and specifications. Present possible solutions with expected benefits/ROI to concerned parties for acceptance and implementation. Report monthly on the status of projects.

BS or BA Degree (a degree can be substituted with an equivalent 2 additional years of experience).
6+ years of experience as a business analyst on application development projects.
6+ years of experience with leading business analysis for IT projects. Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Designer 2007/2010/2013.
Experience with integrating Microsoft Office software capabilities in SharePoint. Experience with developing SharePoint custom lists, content types, workflows, InfoPath Forms, and views.
Experience with analyzing existing systems and data and in working with experts for deriving functional requirement, troubleshooting production support issues, and communicating with the help desk and clients on resolutions to issues and questions.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of AFSOC missions and processes a plus. Tasks include - Work with clients to facilitate migration of new and existing business processes to a SharePoint environment.
