Transformation Advisors Group (TAA) is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the full time position of Technology Consultant II in support of Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE).
The Candidate will provide business intelligence (BI) tools that support the organizational goal of enabling sharing, control, and reuse of important business information, for every staff member, that is frequently used in the organization. To provide dashboard customization options to Leadership, Staff and Personnel through reports, web parts, key performance reports, and automated system notifications related to organizational operations, which have the ability to pull in information from various data sources not readily available to the standard portal user. These information, decision making and analysis tools are reusable building block components used to create custom dashboards for various levels of Leadership in support of daily operations and the Concepts and Capabilities Guidance.
Has an environment based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Office, SQL Server Database and SQL Server Reporting Services, to provide Leadership, Staff, and Personnel a set of tools (building block components) to visually display various items of information. The Candidate shall work in the existing environment, maintaining the accuracy and relevance of the existing tools; while creating new building block components (web parts, reports, visual performance indicators, etc.) identified by leadership, which will have the flexibility to gather information from various data sources that collaboratively create a Dashboard and further develop the various command databases.
ABLE to provide maintenance support on existing tools as changes are required to support the current fiscal year, relevancy and mission requirements. Create new tools to support Leadership, Staff and Personnel to improve Command and Control operations management. The new tools shall be part of a collection of building block components in the forms of online reports, web parts, scorecards, automated notifications, and visual display of organization operational information. Environment is based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft Office Products Suite and Database tools to provide decision-makers reports, charts, and information views of how well the organization is executing it annual plan. The Candidate shall work within the current environment, supporting existing tools and to create new building block components.
