4-6 years of information technology experience supporting networks, systems, and applications.. (degree counts as 2 years exp)
Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007, 2010, or 2013.
Three years of experience developing web portal solutions in SharePoint environments, especially experience with SharePoint website customization, integration, and development.
Experience with SharePoint services implementation and deployment, including creating and maintaining custom web parts and modifying SharePoint master pages, page layouts, themes, and templates according to specifications.
Have developmental experience with NIPR or SIPR networks
Nice to Have: Python, Silver Light, HTML 5
Secret Clearance required but will sponsor if needed (will hold if candidate has higher clearance).
Develop and customize SharePoint web parts and develop site application,
Have familiarity with and have worked with various types of data sources and formats
Participate in weekly meetings to review task progress, planning and training
Perform site administration as needed to create, updates sites, list and deploy solutions, templates and forms
Develop or revise appropriate instructional material best suited to the learning objectives
Share training materials across the enterprise. Provide classroom instruction/training to client system Users/Technicians/Managers as required.
Provide desk-side/one-on-one training for senior leaders and Very Important Personnel (VIP).
Developer will build and configure SharePoint websites using web user interface or SharePoint Designer and developing code for SharePoint.
Will be in charge of the databases in the websites and the SharePoint sites; and be responsible for developing applications around the core concepts of the organization. Must ensure that the database is always updated. The developer must also make banner links are posted on other web pages and SharePoint sites
The developer must always make sure that all the links are working properly and that video and audio are streaming properly. The developer will work closely with leaders in the organization to gain an idea of what the site should look like, plans site design by clarifying goals, and designing functionality.
